No need to be bitter that they don't have to pay to fly. As an airline employee you get generally crappy pay, work hard hours often including holidays in a very cyclical industry. NRSA is a great benefit that makes up for these things. The OP agreed to the change. Nonrevs probably shouldn't request seat changes but they do and paying passengers can say no. End of story.
