Beirut also now has a dedicated Qatar Airways lounge strictly for QR First Class passengers only which is very nice too I note from some pics I saw. No OWE access, however, for RJ or BA.

See pics in below link for the lounge BA uses, LAT. It's very decent, but now that the Cedar Lounge has been totally refurbished and redesigned the Cedar Lounge might be nicer.
