Don't have the time or patience to write a review in full detail but the hard product (exec room and lounge) is not bad at all but the soft product is the worst I have ever encountered in any Hilton. In fact the soft product was so bad I decided just to book another hotel for the rest of my stay in Beijing even though the rate was non-refundable.
