Along the same vein, I think they offer the same connecting flight via DFW or SAN, so same question there. If they offered NRT-XXX-LAX, could i just drop the XXX-LAX leg after booking the ticket?
Dropping the leg would be a violation of the fare rules and on FT we cannot encourage violation of airline rules or policy
