The new F is on 3 x B777300-ER (A6-EQH, I and J).
The new J is being retrofitted to B777-200LRs of which there are 10 in the fleet. Only one has been retrofitted to date (A6-EWA) according the The EK Source, but hasn't yet been to Delhi.
I suspect you're referring to the slightly older New J on B777-300ERs, which was first seen towards the end of 2016 on A6-EPV onwards, which have indeed been to Delhi. You can see routings on
