Going from memory of my flight more than a week ago:
I think all 8 seats in row 17 can accommodate a bassinet. The four middle seats DEGH definitely can.
As for row 26, I am pretty sure that ABC and JKL cannot accommodate a bassinet since these seats are near the exit door. I'm thinking that DEGH in row 26 also cannot accommodate a bassinet, but I am not 100% positive.
