It’s really beyond me how Marriott thinks it’s acceptable to manage hotels with hardly any staff that speaks the local language. At my first (and last) stay at the FRA property in autumn 2017 I observed some German seniors having a very hard time to communicate with the check-in/bar staff.
Recently, I made an enquiry by phone to the Moxy Munich Messe. The same issue. No German spoken.
