The properties incredibly poor communication prior to arrival was a huge turn off for me as well. However, once on property I had zero issues and really enjoyed my stay. My second issue popped up after I departed. My points never posted and my stay booked as a close-in cancellation. Found out the property booked my stay under a cancelled points stay, which I cancelled months prior after finding a solid cash promotion. It took numerous calls and emails to finally get it worked out. Make sure you hit the crepe bar and wrap with Claude who whips up some awesome crepes. Also, if you like to drink, grab some alcohol either at duty free or at the store on the way in.
