I don't know if it will affect window alignment but there are at least 2 versions of the A380 ULH (ULH = with crew rest compartment, pictured in street view). There's a 399 Y seat version, 401 seat version, and a 426 seat version with crew rest below deck (these don't fly SFO so don't worry about that).

Awesome! Thanks so much for that - I didn't even notice that option.

That gives me a better picture of the alignment. Judging from my limited knowledge and the seatguru match, the number of seats in the front section matches up with what's on streetview, so this map is likely the same configuration.
