When I had the Ritz Carlton card, they overnight (UPS) the metal version of the cards to me along with the entire package of pictures of the hotels. That package must have weighted 5lb. I thought that was a waste of money to overnight them to me. But it is kind of cheap for them to not at least do 2nd or 3 days select mail for replacement card.. and a premium card at that. I wasn't even asked if I need the card expedited. I was just told they will mail it to me. I was actually waiting for it to book a hotel as they have changed the number on it. Also they could have mailed it out with USPS priority mail for like under $7 and it would have gotten here in 2 days.
