Arriving around 2pm on a Saturday at PLS. Read that this is a very busy time for this airport.

Would like to know the usual scenario with getting luggage, customs, etc. I understand TSA, global entry, etc. is not available.

Will bringing checked luggage contribute a much longer time upon arrival?
