I do agree about Cleaners 100%. I’m just intrigued how they can have such clean aircraft. I do rather think that it’s a cultural thing and what the public are prepared to tolerate.

About cleanliness culture....yes it can be. Bear in mind the workers cleaning maybe from different countries/backgrounds For sure they are not "native Germans". Think also outstations. It can be the supervisors/ managers may be culturally inclined as they may be of a homogeneous background. Ultimately it boils down to 'Inspect what you EXPECT". that is if you expect a clean cabin.
