Experience with Booking Partner Award tickets Using Serbia Call Center?
I just noticed this article from TPG talking about a new Etihad call center in Serbia that has opened within the past year and apparently is fantastic and makes it very easy way to book partner award tickets. You can even apparently book 3 cabin F from JFK-LAX for only 25000 miles! I had tried to book AA awards before specifically, but never really had much luck, even with the Manchester UK call center.

Anyone have any first hand experience booking with this?
