ps - IMO, leaving trash in the seat-back is bogus to do even to the aircraft cleaners who are human too (robots not yet in place) -- if pax don't want to throw their own trash away the least they probably should at least leave it in plain sight so cleaners don't have to play 'go fish' with rubbish of unknown origin or character.
If I were you I would not put my hands in the seat-back pocket. On another airline in another country, my wife saw a passenger in the same row change the napkin of her baby at her seat and put the dirty, leaking napkin in the seat-back pocket. My wife got so disgusted that she switched to a seat 4 rows ahead. And only realized later that she had auto-upgraded herself to Economy +. She kind of saw that her colleagues looked worried when she switched seats but she did not put two and two together. And the FAs did not ask her to go back to her seat. Since my wife told me that, I never put anything in the seat-back pockets.
