Location: Currently in Bloomington, IN, but Normally NYC, CDG, and even POZ or wherever FT takes me.
Programs: Northwest Airlines. MTA pay-per-ride Metrocard; zero-balance Oyster card.

I've not stayed at either starwood, but I can tell you that Warsaw is a great town. The old city especially (not really that old - just rebuilt, after the "unpleasantness"), is gorgeous.
