believe it or not probably 99.9% of F have never heard of flyertalk but discover it later, and what they should have had as service.
the diversionary tactic of criticism for complaining is a sad tactic presently more used by the Russians at present - so perhaps no one should criticise someone for raising issues on what was clearly a very poor flight.
everyone has a right to an opinion- it may not be agreed with but freedom of expression should not be undercut by any poster behaving like a Russian bot.
