My experience with a number of Proteas is that they have on-site restaurants that serve breakfast, and thus the logistics of an elite breakfast are doable. If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say that breakfast will be added at Proteas.
What I find interesting is that, to my knowledge, Protea has not been expanded beyond Africa. Yet, Marriott around the same time acquired Delta, then a Canadian brand largely unknown outside of Canada, and has since expanded the brand into the United States and, I believe, now Asia.
