Highly doubt that'll happen. In pretty much every jurisdiction I've dealt with parking tickets in, once the ticket is paid, it's effectively wiped from any record of anything outstanding. Hertz wouldn't have any way to know about it, and even if they somehow did, you've already taken care of it, so there'd be no reason for them to charge you anything.
