Since you posted this on the Lufthansa forum, I assume you are talking about Terminal 2.

Yes it is possible, but depending on your arrival and departure countries you may need to pass the Schengen border control. The terminal areas are separated for Schengen and not-Schengen countries but within each arrivals and departures are not separated. This means you can use the lounges and facilities of each either before departure or after arrival. A transfer between the zones is treated as a Schengen arrival or departure with regards to passpot control and of course with the appropriate passport or visa you are free to enter the country and then pass airport security again for your departing flight.
