Yest, you may use the FCL in GVA. There are a couple of very good quality items to order from the menu, which take 15-20 min to be delivered (I think they are prepared in a restaurant in the airport). Other than that, quite limited selection of food and drinks, 2 good champagnes, 2 white wines, 2 red wines. All nice and pleasant, but no comparison to the FCLs in FRA, MUC or ZRH. Unless your flight leaves from an apron position (which GVA-FRA very rarely does), you need to walk to your gate, but you are being notified when to leave. Since the priority security lane has been moved to the left side of the main security, I always had a 5-10 min wait as opposed to 1-3 min before.
