Looking at the flight details on EF, I don't think it will work
SIN-HKG on CX712 is a valid flight, but for SIN-BKK plus BKK-HKG as a separate segment, it fails to meet the MCT
Booked as a single segment SIN-HKG, then it would not allow BKK to be the destination
