we Use it on almost every family vacation. Huge benefit to get off the plane and skip baggage claim. They are pretty cocnistent with the 4 hr delivery time (and on the way home I’m not too concerned if it’s longer)

weve also used it on our way to vacation (for example, on cruises). Saves getting a bigger rental car—in FLL, they’ve held my bags overnight and delivered them to the port (extra tip for that service!!)
