Hi All,

Received a text at 23:45 saying my 7am flight from LCY has been cancelled. Unfortunately all the numbers I’ve been given in the emails are closed (shut at 8pm) and MMB doesn’t show any rebooking options.

Is is there a 24 hour assistance number?

So far the only number I’ve found which gets answered is for BA holidays who “can’t help because it’s a flight only booking”.

I comoletely understand flighst get cancelled but to not provide not provide easy access to speak to someone when they’re cancelled 7 hours away from the flight is, in my opinion, a bit rubbish!
