Anyone ever used a "get up and go" 2 night stay voucher?

This guy is trying to trade me this Travel Voucher for some extra movie tickets I have. He does have an email address from a reputable bank in Boston. It looks legit. He says a client gave it to him.
Says it's a 2 night stay in a bunch of different places to choose from around the US. Including Hawaii and VEGAS. I looked up Fairfield and they have Harrah's in VEGAS and the Outrigger ON Waikiki Beach. Either of those would be sweet.
This just kinda feels like a "Timeshare" set up, even though it doesn't say anything about that. You need this certs. activation code to activate it and find out more, which I won't have until I buy it.
One thing that makes me leery is that the address for this 'Get up and Go' promotion is in Margate, FL. Seems to me all the Timeshare set ups seem to come out of Florida, no?!
Also, you need to send them a $50 "Refundable" deposit it says you will get back within 30 days of your stay.
