Highly recommend this hotel.

We were there the week before Easter and loved it. The resort is beautiful, the staff is great, and our suite was nice and well designed. The view from the balcony is just amazing, of the pools with the mountains in the background. We had a couple of requests before arriving and the hotel was extremely accommodating. There were a lot of little kids in the pools since it was spring break and I’m sure it would have been more relaxing otherwise, but we still enjoyed the pools.

I was there with my son for a tennis tournament, and he had different match times each day and we generally came back to the room between matches. Somehow housekeeping figured out when we were not there each day and had the room cleaned during the exact time we were out. I really appreciated not having to coordinate this as we normally do during tournaments.

Regency was okay. I agree it isn’t the best, but breakfast was fine for us, and the evening food was not really worthwhile, but we used the club for drinks throughout the day. Soft drinks and bottled still/sparkling water are available all the time - seems like that is a change based on earlier reviews here.

I did have an issue at checkout, when there was a large unexplained charge on my bill, but before I could try to figure out what it was, they removed it.

We will definitely be back.
