I flew from SFO on 12-08-2017 and they absolutely weighed my carry on bag. It was 1 pound over and she just said...."If they check it at the gate, just take out something and
carry it on".
My carry on leaving MNL this coming week will be exactly 10 kilos...I'm wondering if they will weigh my backpack though??
