Hi CC - I have the exact same question around baggage limit, and was trying to understand if it was AR$ 650 to enhance domestic baggage allowance up to 23kg (I would be fine with that) or AR$650 per kilo between 15kg and 23kg (I would not be fine with that!). Did you have any luck finding more information?
