Have had the same issue multiple times over the last 2-3 weeks. Highly annoying when you're looking for your mobile boarding pass on the app when at security and it's missing (!). Going to the mobile website in the browser fixed it however, but very very painful. I take a screenshot now of my boarding pass when I get a chance...
