Both you and
Chinesecowboy88, the poster in the other thread, had to make multiple calls, and of course, post on FT. This does not lead me to conclude that getting AC agents who know the answer or are willing to find the answer or who are willing to direct you and others to the actual info that provides the correct answer, is always going to net a positive or useful result.
But hey, it's great that you had a positive outcome here.
