All Partners show availability but all but (most) agents can't find it?
I'm looking to book a Cathay first class award ticket, and I'm seeing availability on BA.com. I called Alaska once and the agent wasn't able to see it. I checked and found it on Qantas.com as well as by calling American Airlines. I called Alaska back, and the agent was able to see it. However, I (rather stupidly) hung up to transfer miles over, and when I called back (several times), the Alaska agents aren't able to see it and (more strangely) aren't able to see that flight at all. Any thoughts on this? I'm a new MVP Gold 75K and trying to understand how Alaska works.
