I’ve never had this specific issue of trips just disappearing randomly but I do notice that the app is sometimes very quick to remove trips before you arrive at your destination. It’s annoying sometimes when I land and want to track my bag if I checked one and my trip has completely disappeared and I have to enter the conformation # again.
I've had that happen, too. Fortunately, I rarely check a bag -- unless I'm doing a trade show (like now in Vegas), but I'd like to see trip history on the app.
