DEN as well as most mid to large airport locations aren’t franchises. There are other threads but I’ve experienced much worse upgrade success in the last 18months or so. Also, I believe the limit is LUX and excludes Signature series but I used to get those auto assigned in the past no problem. Now, unless you’re happy with a loaded Chrysler 300, expect to have to go to the counter and beg.
