My ticket was issued by an offline agent (not OTA).
Normally when I book through them my DL-AF-KL tickets, fare components and all the charges are discreet.
With this LH ticket I cannot access e-ticket receipt via lh.com. So it might be LH simply doesn't show e-ticket receipts for tickets issued by agents OR LH doesn't actually have access to fare information.
I can also recall I read in one of blogs that LH would credit miles based on revenue only for tickets sold directly by LH OS LX and not by agents (thus the recommendation was to book via agents). Don't know how correct was who wrote that.
