Welcome drink voucher for all guests proactively offered.

No welcome back from reception although receptionist did question if I required the usual lounge letter as I probably already know the various times.

Welcome amenity as per photos below, usual chocolate bar plus box containing brownie and almond cakes.




Afternoon tea wasn't set out a 3.00pm start time, eventually set up by a stressed looking member of staff around 3.30pm then promptly removed at 4.30pm. It was a public holiday but the offering wasn't as good as it was on previous stays.

The reduced evening cocktails remains the reduced 5.30 to 7.30 with everything cleared promptly at 7.30pm with no invite for "last order" before food and drinks cleared.

From 7.30pm to 10pm closing time lounge almost empty with bowl of fruit, hot drinks from a machine and a few soft drinks from fridge available.
