The fare itself is just normal published P11BXXE0, so it's not an IT, travel package or negotiated rate.
My understanding is that since March 12th tickets where M&M can see the price it will be based on revenue.

OTA’s are no good, only traditional TA’s.

I regard P as standing for ‘ punishment fares’
