FYI, there's no "complaining" necessary. All you have to do is open up the Uber app and click a couple buttons to request a credit because you were charged more than expected. It literally takes 5 seconds. In one case, the driver got lost and the fare was 3x the quoted fare. Well worth my time, on a dollar per hour basis :-)
