No brainer -- Exploit Diamond.

For these reasons.

Marriott Silver gets you nothing.

Hilton Diamond should help you get really good service. However, if it is not what it is cracked up to be, then you can readjust your stay pattern for next year to qualify for elite status in another hotel program, but I think that you will enjoy Diamond in HHonors.
