The question is whether Library is worth the extra money or not. Before going to KS, I made the judgment call that it hopefully it was; you are the one who saw both hotels: sounds like you think Library is not only the better hotel, but worth the extra money as well.
In my opinion The Library is worth the extra cash/points. In fact, I was ready to check out and go back to the Library but it was full over Easter weekend. LM is not necessarily cheap and I expected better from the 'hard' product. Regardless of price, I would never again consider this property for a beach holiday; same by the way for the St. Regis Langkawi.
