So we know now that Expert Flyer can produce lists of published fares, but where does EF get its information from?

Is there an alternative web site to ba.com that exposes all BA fares - perhaps one aimed at the travel trade rather than the general public? Is there a common interface to such information exposed by all airline systems, by all IATA members ...?

Does the CAA publish anything regarding UK airlines of flights in and from the UK?
