Just got back from a GLON at the HGI in Napa, California, and I have to say, like many others on the board, I was thoroughly impressed. This is a great hotel. The staff was great from the get-go. Extremely friendly, efficient, responsive, and helpful. They upgraded us to a whirlpool suite, which was really kind since we're only Silver. Great room. Excellent to have high-speed internet access that worked very well. No free breakfast, but we weren't interested in eating at the hotel anyway. This is just a terrific hotel from top to bottom. I can't wait to go back. I've got nothing bad to report. Great way to use my first reward!
