I did a blind vodka tasting party some time back where the winner was a $12 bottle of Wyborowa someone brought me from Poznan (beating out Chopin and Belvedere at 3x the price, even Tito's at 2x). As long as they didn't screw up the distilling, most well-made vodka brands are going to be pretty good and tasteless. You're paying for the bottle and marketing... kind of like (cough) the Johnnie Walker Blue CX does serve.
I thought the Glenmorangie Signet CX also serves was tasty and unique, but as far as JWB there's a lot of scotch I'd rather drink at half or a third of the price, or even less. A lot of the branding you see in F is "we're serving you expensive stuff", not necessarily "this is really nice regardless of pricing".
I respect your opinion but disagree. 😉 I will refrain from debating and going "off topic."
