You have to be careful with that. Some folks in the past told the computer that they wanted to cancel, and it was instantly canceled. Other folks have had the CSR say "OK I canceled it". There is a fine line between "I maybe, possibly, could be thinking of canceling" which will only get you a listing of all the "great advantages" of the card, and "I want to cancel" which may just get you canceled right then and there.
