Data point: OWS + 1 (CX Green) both got bumped from W to J on CX846 (HKG-JFK)

Always easier to get opups ex-HKG (even got Y-J once as CXSL) compared to ex-JFK/EWR... not sure if it's about the load / % of elites / ground staff that mattered
