Just go to MY RESERVATIONS and in lower right hand corner put in the info in Find Reservations. Should bring it right up.
The weird thing is that I've used that Find Reservations and it will absolutely positively NOT display my reservation at all, no matter what combination of info i put in there PNR + Flight number, just the flight number, the date, the departure city, etc.
