I just got off the phone with aa, both domestic res. agents as well as int'l agens say that the reason it doesnt show up is because i'm waitlisted. So when I told them that I requested that upgraded and was supposedly waitlisted last week and it showed fine until yesterday, they transferred me to the support desk, which told me the reason I do not see my reservation details is because I've only been waitlisted since last night when I talked to that agent...
