Yet again I cannot get any treatment and I asked 4 hours before my flight! I really think this is a gimmick that should be removed and the money spent elsewhere - 5 long haul flights in J and not 1 chance of a spa treatment - once when I had nearly 7 hours of waiting!

Ridiculous.
