Anyone with an onward T5 connection can use the transfer bus. It only runs from T3 and not convenient (although it is possible) to use it if arriving at T1.

ORD is one of the worst large airports to transfer at unfortunately. There is planned development at T5 which “they” say will makbe things easier in the future!
