i believe this is to do with residential address attracts a surcharge but this PLA-backed company.
the shop says free postage (which it is, in theory) but not the residential delivery surcharge. like how airlines charge fuel surcharge on award tickets - how would we know which airlines charge YQ (BA) or not (AA)?
