Yep, during the morning hours all three should be open. Both the QR and JL lounge is closed throughout the day and they open again some point later. I was flying through BKK for the first time last Nov and after landing went to the Oman air lounge to take a shower and from there headed to the CX one for the food
On my way back, the JL lounge was open, so decided to try that (plus, by that time I was through two CX F lounges at HKG
). With this limited experience, I'd say the CX lounge has the best food, but as mentioned above, with the QR one, I only have the breakfast "view".
