I suggest staying at one of the airport hotels.

There are a couple of options now.

This one is on HND international terminal
Hotel and Transit Hotel | Haneda Airport International Terminal

Two at HND domestic terminals
Hotel | Services | Haneda Airport Domestic Terminal

I do not think you would be allowed to go airside the night before for a morning flight.
